I write about the history and future of media, mostly video. It's the form I've spent the last decade building.

I founded True3D Labs in 2021. We train AI models that fit any video to any screen. Before that I worked on Live Video at Meta (Facebook Live, Instagram Live, Watch Parties, Horizon Venues), and built video tools for publishers at Refinery29.

This site is where I write about the medium itself: the long arc that connects a Lumière reel to a model rendering pixels in real time, and the small grammars each new form invents on the way.
